Who we are

Atomic Glue LLC (“Atomic Glue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a web development and digital growth agency located at 3315 N 124th St, Suite H, Brookfield, Wisconsin 53005. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect and why

Contact and booking information

When you book a meeting or fill out a contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and any notes you choose to include. We use this information solely to schedule and conduct that meeting and to follow up on your inquiry. Bookings are handled via Cal.com; their privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform.

Analytics

We use Glue Kit for site analytics. Glue Kit sets no cookies. It records page views, referrers, and general geography, along with on-page interaction data such as clicks and scroll depth. To group those events into a single visit, it stores a random session identifier in your browser's sessionStorage, which is cleared when you close the tab, and our server derives a short-lived session ID by hashing your IP address, browser, and language settings.

We do not use any of this to build a cross-site profile of you, we do not connect it to your name or email unless you submit a form, and we never sell it. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the analytics script is not loaded at all: see Global Privacy Control below.

What we do not collect

We do not set tracking cookies. We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or third-party analytics platforms that build user profiles. We do not collect payment information directly, any payments are processed by third-party providers under their own privacy policies.

How we use your information

• To respond to inquiries and fulfill service requests
• To schedule and conduct meetings you have booked
• To understand how our website is used in aggregate so we can improve it
• To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain contact and booking information for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain our business relationship and comply with legal obligations, typically no longer than three years after your last interaction with us. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Third-party services

Our site is hosted on Vercel, which processes request data (IP addresses, user agents) as part of serving the site. Cloudflare provides DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection; we do not run Cloudflare's web analytics. Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy.

Bot protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our contact, booking, and compliance scanner forms from automated abuse. Turnstile operates in invisible mode with no CAPTCHA shown to you, but Cloudflare does process a browser signal to verify that the visitor is human. As required by Cloudflare's terms for invisible mode, we reference their Turnstile Privacy Addendum here.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, and we change what we do rather than simply noting that we have nothing to sell.

When your browser sends a GPC signal, we do not load our analytics script on that visit. No clicks, no scroll depth, and no interaction data are collected, and a notice at the top of the page confirms that the opt-out was applied. Our server still counts the page view itself, which is first-party, cookieless, aggregate, and not tied to any profile.

We also treat the signal as a request not to sell or share your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information in any case. Our GPC support is published at /.well-known/gpc.json.

Glue Kit browser extension

This section covers the Glue Kit browser extension. Everything above this section describes this website and its visitors; the extension is a separate product and is covered only by what follows.

What it does

When you click the Glue Kit button in your browser toolbar, the extension reads the metadata of the page you are currently viewing and shows it to you: the title, meta description, canonical link, robots directives, Open Graph and Twitter card tags, headings, and image alt text.

What we collect

Nothing. The extension has no server and makes no network requests of any kind. What it reads is displayed in the popup and discarded when you close it.

What it can access

Only the tab you are looking at, and only in the moment you click the toolbar button. It requests two browser permissions, activeTab and scripting, and no others. It cannot read your other tabs, your browsing history, your bookmarks, or anything saved in your browser. It does not run in the background, and it does nothing at all until you click it.

Accounts

There are none. The extension has no sign-in and is not connected to any Atomic Glue account.

Copying data

The extension has a “Copy JSON” button that copies what it read to your clipboard. That happens locally on your device when you press it. Nothing is transmitted.

Changes

If a future version of the extension collects or transmits anything, we will update this section before that version ships.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we don't do this)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 45 days, and within 30 days for requests made under the GDPR.

Children's privacy

Our site and services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
